The Eastham Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, December 9, 2014, at 6PM at the Earle Mountain Room, Eastham Town Hall, 2500 State Highway, pursuant to Massachusetts General Law Ch. 131, Section 40 (Wetlands Protection Act) and the Town of Eastham Wetlands Protection By-Law, Article 34, 1980, in order to consider the following:
Continuation of Notice of Intent filed by the Town of Eastham. Applicant proposes removal and in-kind replacement and upgrades of a 24” culvert on Dyer Prince Road, removal and in-kind replacement of a second culvert on Dyer Prince Road, and removal of a 12” culvert and replacement with a 30” culvert on Governor Prence Road, Maps 18 and 19, Eastham.
Discussion and adoption of the regulation of fertilizers on lawns within buffer zone to resource areas of coastal and inland wetlands.
Continuation of Notice of Intent filed by the Town of Orleans. Applicant proposes operation and management of an off-road vehicle (ORV) program for up to two hundred vehicles to drive and park on Nauset beach barrier beach, Eastham, Map 26A and 27A
Notice of Intent filed by Ken and Tara Mitchell. Applicant proposes construction of an 103’ long rock revetment to a height of elevation 19’ and reconstruction of beach access stairway at property located at 365 Shurtleff Road, Map 07, Parcel 764.
Notice of Intent filed by Elizabeth Simmons. Applicant proposes construction of an 124’ long rock revetment to a height of elevation 19’ and reconstruction of a beach access stairway at property located at 385 Shurtleff Road, Map 07, Parcel 163.
Notice of Intent filed by Carol Criscone. Applicant proposes landscape improvements including removal of three trees and pruning four trees, removal of non-native plants and planting native plants, driveway maintenance and lawn improvements at property located at 35 Bowline Lane, Map 13, Parcel 056.
Continuation of Request for Amended Order of Conditions filed by Gail Bedoukian. Applicant proposes maintenance pruning, removal of invasive plants and planting native plants, snow fencing, stone revetment reconstruction and driveway expansion at property located at 18 Horton Way, Map 07, Parcel 093A.
